Baccarat Table Layout
Can be found in a high limit roped-off area just for the game of baccarat

These layouts are typical for baccarat.
Full size baccarat
tables that can accommodate up to 14 players.
Mini and midi baccarat tables usually can seat
seven players.
Most mini-baccarat tables do not have a number 4 as a player position. This is due to certain player
groups that see the number 4 as being bad luck.
Just like the number 13 is normally missing from the big baccarat table.
Superstitions may seem silly to some but are very real to others when it
comes to gambling. At either table, the numbers indicate each the players position.
In front of
the numbers, each bettor has a lined-off area in which to place the banker
bet and another in which to place the player bet.
In front of the dealer
are also numbers corresponding to each player. Each time a player
wins a banker bet, the dealer places a marker or casino chips in the box corresponding
to that customer. Bettors must pay a 5 percent commission on winning
banker bets, so these wagers are tracked.
